I am excited to kick off our Product Feature of the Month series, where I’ll be sharing what you need to know about BeyondHQ’s innovative features.

Our platform provides you with the key metrics on specific markets, including the group population and percentage of every racial and ethnic group defined by the Census.

Here at BeyondHQ, we are focused on the new hybrid models of work driven by talent, real estate costs, and individual workers’ demands based on location and lifestyle. This evolving work model, which has been accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic, has revealed that the traditional real estate and talent planning process is far too costly, slow, manual, and static. In response, companies are looking to digitize their workforce and real estate planning.

During these unprecedented times, many companies are also reassessing their hiring tools and processes to promote a more inclusive, diverse workforce. Without question, today’s work environments need to provide both equality and fairness of opportunity. To help organizations make informed decisions, we are introducing one of our latest features, Diversity Metrics.

In the first of our Product Feature of the Month videos, I’ll walk you through Diversity Metrics, which provides companies with a full racial/ethnic group breakdown defined by the U.S. Census Bureau and filters markets based on minority diversity percentage. As you’ll see in the video, the Diversity filter can be found on our Market Shortlist page, which is home to all of our filters and markets. Our easy-to-use platform provides you with the key metrics pertaining to a specific market, including the group population and percentage of every racial and ethnic group defined by the Census.
